About Anno
Anno Birkin was a poet and musician with the band Kicks joy Darkness. Tragically killed in a car crash in 2001, Anno has left behind a collection of over 700 poems, 54 of which have been compiled into a book produced by his father Andrew. Fiercely intelligent and witty, his poetry gives great insight into the mind of a deeply thoughtful and talented writer, with an eye for detail and flair for imagery.
The fanlisting was resurrected in January 2007 after it's previous version, 'Killing With Kindness' (hosted at amirri.amoremorte.com) was abandoned. Though the previous list of fans has been lost, I hope to bring together a new list of people around the world who appreciate Anno's wonderful poetry.
